Events in July 2013

Hello all,
 July will be a busy month for creating. It all starts off :
 Saturday 29th June at The Kids Film Lounge.
 Doors open at 10.30 when we will be making Mr and Mrs Potatoe Heads. Free ! ( Well, for those with a ticket entry for the film).  Booking online: 3http://www.wegottickets.com/f/6253

  • Thursday 11 July 2013,
Scribble and Smudge will be creating art in the garden, with an Islamic influence at Creative Kids. In the William Morris Gallery the award winning Museum of the year. Check for availability in the afternoon sessions 13:00 - 14:30. Sessions are free  Play, make and get hands on with Creative Kids, a regular session for children under five to enjoy with their parents and carers. Join us for a walk and activities in the William Morris garden (in bad weather the activities will be relocated indoors).

    Wednesday July 31st,
    Family Fun day with Hoe st Children's Centre at St. Gabriels Church, Havant rd. Scribble and Smudge will be there with a creation station. Lega'say' screening at The Stow Film Lounge

Thankyou to all of you who came to see Lega'say' last week. We invited all who donated stories and who volunteered to make this animation come to a brilliant end. We will be next screening Lega'say' during the Walthamstow film festival in July. Details will follow soon. 
I put some of the comments we gathered below. A Big thank you to you all! You stories are wonderful. It makes us very proud to be part of Walthamstow. A Special thank you to Rhian, Vanessa, Gabi, Kev, Steve, my kids, Dee's kids ( our families had to put up with a lot) Akmar, Laura Sandra and Ray. for volunteering and supporting this project.
